Do I need to contract with Black Swan Solutions before an event occurs?

For most services, yes. In order for our experts to effectively respond at the time of crisis, we must be knowledgeable about the organization’s culture, have mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities and be able to implement pre-established policies and procedures focused on communication and exchange of information. In representing the affected organization at the time of crisis, our reputation is also at risk and we strongly believe that an effective response requires not just a contractual relationship, but rather a relationship in which the organization and Black Swan Solutions have met, exchanged ideas and jointly developed procedures.

 

How does your pricing work?

Pricing for our services varies. For some of our services, such as our Call Center, we typically charge an annual retainer plus hourly fees per labor category, should the call center be activated. Clients access our technology through an annual subscription. Some services, such as planning, training and testing, can be priced on a fee-for-service basis.
