Aviation Crisis Management

The principals of Black Swan Solutions were pioneers in developing, training, and implementing a model for aviation crisis management. As a result of federal regulation passed in 1996, this model integrates behavioral health support with airline accident response planning. Since that time, our staff has responded to seven aviation disasters and worked with dozens of airlines.

Black Swan Solutions is staffed with masters prepared behavioral health professionals who have crisis/trauma response experience and training. They have also completed training that appropriately prepares them to respond to aircraft accidents and other mass casualty events.

In addition to meeting regulatory requirements, our readiness, response, and recovery services help prepare airlines for the possibility of an aviation crisis or disaster.
